There’s an enormous amount going on (societally and personally), so I need space and time to recoup some energy and focus. If ykyk, amirite?

Wtf are the cards saying?
It's time to open our hearts.
Yes, we are not meant to struggle under the weight of obligation (10 of Wands).
And yes, devotion to joy, personal creation and self-care are acts of power (The Empress).
But these count for nothing without empathy and care for others (Queen of Cups).
So rest, recuperate, retreat periodically as you need. But please make sure you return - to yourself, to the collective, to the land of the living. And when you do return, do so with your whole chest and your whole humanity.
If we can find a way to lead with emotional integrity, wisdom instead of overwhelm, open hands and hearts instead of closed minds, we might just be able to move from survival to sovereignty.
